Join us for a nourishing, mini digital detox experience designed to help you step away from screens and reconnect with your body, mind, and intentions. This workshop weaves together gentle movement, reflection, and creativity to bring greater awareness to what you want your relationship with screen to be and how to get there. During our time together, you’ll experience: Gentle movement and body-based practices to help you shift out of the physical strain and mental drain of screen habits that live in your body Insight into why our brains are so drawn to screens, plus practical tips for change Guided journaling prompts + your own journal—small enough for your pocket, powerful enough to change a habit Space to create personalized, doable digital detox ideas that fit your real life Feel more grounded, inspired, and equipped with tangible tools to support healthier, more intentional relationships with your screens. Cost is $40 and you'll leave with your very own pocket journal, take home journal prompts, Movement Moment reminders, $5 of Magpie Money (for use at Magpie & Tiger), and $10 voucher toward any class offered at Emerge with Amy LePage.
