Have sleep challenges? Not feeling rested? Slow Down, Relax, Restore & Practice mindful movement woven in with Sounder Sleep System™ tidbits. When your brain has a chance to shift from a state of vigilant, action-oriented stress response to a calmer state during the day, it is practice for your brain and body to be able to make this shift when you are wanting to fall asleep (or trying to fall back asleep). It also helps create a shift during moments of anxiousness or stress. Leave with a clear sense of how to take what we do here home with you - to help you feel more calm and at ease throughout your day as a support for better sleep. Most practices will be done lying on the floor on your back or side, with some done sitting in a chair and standing. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Got questions?
