I'm taking a poll! The next 4-Week Restore Your Core After Birth Series will take place during one of the three options listed below. Please "pre-register" for each option that works for you. I'll offer the class on the date that the most people can join. No payment necessary at this point. Just add your name and I'll let you know is a week which day/time we are going with. If you are wanting to receive the recording because you know you won't be able to join live at any of the proposed times below, then please pre-register for all options. Sundays from 1:30 - 2:30 / Sept. 21st, 28th, Oct. 5th & 12th OR Mondays 4:15 - 5:15pm / Sept. 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th OR Mondays 6:45 - 7:45pm / Sept. 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th 6 week thru 5+years After Birth are welcome to join! Want to feel more comfortable, confident & connected to your body? Whether you had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, this class is for you. We take a whole body approach to core: pelvic floor, posture, breathing, mindset and more accompany the exploration of activating abdominal muscles in a healthful way. We will also take diastasis and pelvic floor awareness into consideration as we explore! We focus not only on feeling physically more connected to a sense of core strength and support but also explore the bigger experience of feeling grounded, centered and solid through the stages of parenting and how deep strength building, postural habits, stabilizing and breathing practices, and somatic tools can help you meet the demands of parenting with little ones while feeling more comfortable and confident in yourself.
