Cesarean Birth Scar Tissue Mobilization Webinar Sunday, Nov. 23rd 9 - 10am - Zoom Only Donation Based - All proceeds go to Emerge's Tending You Fund (Details below) Offered as a webinar so you can be in the comfort of your own space to learn and practice scar tissue mobilization techniques that feel right to you. We will explore the physical, mental and emotional layers that impact your belly births healing and connecting. You are welcome to join at any point after your birth - even years after. Working with scar tissue is helpful even years after the scar tissue has been laid down. If you are joining before you are 8 weeks postpartum - there will be some techniques to wait on. And for anyone, if you aren't feeling ready to do certain techniques being offered - that is ok. This is a welcoming, trauma responsive place allowing for you to take care of you along the way. Any donations from this class go toward the Tending You Fund, which allows Emerge with Amy LePage to offer sliding scale private session rates for those who would not otherwise be able to receive. The Tending You Fund also goes toward supporting families who have experienced loss by offering a Holding Space for Pregnancy & Infant Loss Session at a deeply discounted or free rate.
