Cesarean Birth Scar Tissue Mobilization Webinar Thursday Sept. 18th - 7- 8pm Donation Based - All proceeds go to Emerge's Tending You Fund (Details below) Offered as a webinar so you can be in the comfort of your own space to learn and practice scar tissue mobilization techniques that feel right to you. We will explore the physical, mental and emotional layers that impact your belly births healing and connecting. You are welcome to join at any point after your birth - even years after. Working with scar tissue is helpful even years after the scar tissue has been laid down. If you are joining before your 6 weeks postpartum - there will be some techniques to wait on. If you aren't feeling quite ready to do some of the techniques being offered - that is ok. This is a welcoming, trauma responsive place to take the information in and then return to the recording so you can work along with it as you feel ready. Any donations from this class go toward the Tending You Fund, which allows Emerge with Amy LePage to offer sliding scale private session rates for those who would not otherwise be able to receive.
