Your feet are super important parts of your body. For many of us, they help us navigate the ground beneath us and move through the world, they support the load of our bodies, they help with balance. Even if you aren't actively walking on your feet, they matter. We may not even think about our feet unless they bother us in some way. We may not like what our feet look like and ignore them. For many of us, our feet are in shoes a lot of the time which means our feet can start to feel like blocks rather than the 52 bones, over 200,000 nerve endings, 66 joints, more than 200 muscles, tendons & ligaments that comprise both of your feet. In this 60-minute session we will discuss what is going on in your feet, use sensory feedback through touch and massage to wake up the fascia, muscles, improve blood flow, and awareness. Explore articulating exercises and make connections from your feet to your hips and upper body. Each session is unique to your needs. You can wear clean socks if you prefer - or not wear socks.
