Description
Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting during Postpartum are big, threshold moments. Strengthening and exercise during pregnancy helps you meet the unique stresses and demands your body with experience. ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) recognizes the benefits of exercise for you and baby. In this session we assess what stage of pregnancy you are in and what you are experiencing in your unique prenatal experience. We go over your hopes for birth and create exercises specific to preparing for this big event. The exercises also address the daily tasks and activities that taking care of baby requires. This is all woven together to create a unique to you pregnancy strengthening and moderate intensity exercise experience that will help you feel better in pregnancy, encourage a smoother birth and prepare you for a thriving postpartum experience.
