Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting during Postpartum require a lot from you. Strengthening and exercise during pregnancy helps you meet the unique stresses and demands your body will experience during labor AND postpartum. Giving yourself individualized focus during postpartum to reacquaint yourself with the new you is also very important. ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) recognizes the benefits of exercise for you and baby. In this private session we assess what stage of pregnancy or postpartum you are in and what your unique experiences have been and what hopes and goals you may have. The exercises we will explore have a whole -body, holistic focus that address core stability and strength through the lens of daily tasks you need to do and activities you enjoy doing or want to return to. We take into consideration diastasis, the pelvic floor, preparing for or healing from birth, and caring for your body while also taking care of baby. Encourage a stronger, more comfortable pregnancy, smoother birth and steadier, thriving postpartum experience. You will receive an intake form in your schedule confirmation email. Please select the appropriate intake form and fill it in before we meet. You must be cleared for exercise to participate in these sessions. If you are earlier than 6 weeks postpartum, you may want to consider a Postpartum Pelvic Floor Healing Session. This 60-minute session is $90
