Welcome to the Emerge & Blossom: Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Weekend. Restore Your Core After Birth (For folks 8 weeks to 5+ years postpartum) Sunday, March 23rd - 2:45 - 3:45pm Join in-person or via zoom. Sliding Scale - $10 - $15 Class Location: Emerge with Amy LePage - 15 State St. - 3rd Floor - Suite #303 Feel like your body is a bit out of sync after pregnancy and birth? Want to return to certain activities but not sure the best way to start? Want to feel more comfortable, confident & connected to your body? Whether you had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, this class is for you. We take a whole body approach to core: pelvic floor, posture, breathing, mindset and more accompany the exploration of activating abdominal muscles in a healthful way. This class is an introduction to the regularly offered 4-week series that offers exercises which build upon themselves, focusing on movement, breathing and posture exercises that help you take care of you while you take care of baby and do the things you need and love to do.
