For all of you who give outward to others, this is your time to receive. Teachers, parents, care attendants, social workers, nurses, doulas, midwives, those working toward social justice.... How it works: Receive 15 minutes of somatic bodywork with Amy Receive 15 minutes of Reiki with Jesse Explore stretch, rest, meditate, move, journal on your own when not receiving.
