Sunday, Nov. 10th 4 - 5:30 This 1.5hr class is $25 (sliding scale $15 - $25). Anyone 6 weeks to 2 years (or beyond) postpartum is welcome to join. We're meeting at 15 State St. - 3rd Floor - Suite #303. Everyone’s pelvic floor matters, especially when you've been pregnant and experienced vaginal or cesarean birth. Whether you have a lot going on with your pelvic floor or you are just curious and want to learn more about how to reconnect with and regain core stability, this class is for you. What you learn: - simple breathing tips to relax and strengthen and how to fit this into daily life. - ways to build strength and stability incrementally - as you're ready - the breath, pelvic floor & core connection - posture: reconnecting your ribcage and pelvis - how and why our daily use patterns matter (because many of them aren't helping us). - things to be aware of about pressure and prolapse - tips for leaking, scar tissue, pelvic pain - Connection to our core is more than just physical - it's about emotional and mental wellbeing too Other Details about this workshop: * Come in-person without your little one(s) * Join via zoom if you will have your little one(s) with you
