Your Pelvic Floor Matters

Description
Everyone’s pelvic floor matters, regardless of what anatomical parts you have. The pelvic floor muscles impact breathing, movement, posture, core stability, bodily functions and can play a role in pain symptoms. Plus, they respond to stress just like any other muscle in the body. (If you are pregnant or postpartum, please see the other offerings specific to prenatal or postpartum). We are hardly ever educated about this part of our body and usually don’t usually seek advice or help unless there’s a "problem". This educational 90 minute workshop is a an opportunity to know your body better, whether you are navigating challenges that bring you here or you are just curious to learn more. 15 State St. - 3rd Floor - Suite #303 $20 The pelvic floor and pelvis can also be a vulnerable part of the body to focus on. Emerge with Amy LePage is a trauma-informed practice. If a group class setting doesn't feel like the right space for you to learn more, reach out to schedule an individual session. info@emergewithamylepage.com
