Wanting your support person(s) or partner(s) to feel more involved during pregnancy? This1.5 hour private session offers you movement and calm breathing practices that not only gives you time to connect and prepare together, but also will help you both feel more relaxed. Help those aches, pains and stiffness melt away. You will also learn the practice of Giving and Receiving: creating time to offer hands-on movement and support to one another during pregnancy and beyond. * Know a few other people who would like to do this too? We can create a small, group class with a lower cost.
