The focus for this offering is for you to receive some much needed body, mind and soul care while having space and time to nourish yourself through movement & rest.

How it works:
Each person receives 15 minutes of bodywork to help relieve those achy, tired, “would love some attention” parts from Amy. 
Each person receives 15 minutes of Reiki with Jesse. 
When you it is not receiving from Amy or Jess, explore movement & restorative postures on your own using all the props available (birth ball, foam roller, tennis balls, bolsters etc). Stretch, Relax, Meditate, Strengthen...

Amy will guide a short Movement Sequence at the beginning and a silent video will be played with movement to follow along with if that is helpful for you. Restorative Postures will be displayed so you can move in and out of them as you'd like. Writing and doodling supplies are provided as well for any journaling you may feel inspired to do.
