Welcoming caregivers, parents & those needing to replenish themselves.

This is time set aside just for you.

To honor the uniqueness of your path and to remember yourself. 

Nurturing your health and wellbeing, reverberates outward.

Doing this for yourself models it for the people in your life. 

That modeling is a gift to makes it possible for them to do the same.

As caregivers, we need support to continue to give.

Morning Movement -  blend of somatic, gentle therapeutic yoga & meditation

Creative Time or Journaling

Time in Nature

Nourishing Mealtime

Connecting with others  OR choose solo time

Afternoon Movement - blend of somatic, gentle therapeutic yoga & meditation

Closing Our Day & Intentions

Food.

A nourishing and simple GF, vegetarian soup, salad and dessert is prepared for lunch.

Snacks include: fruits, nuts, GF crackers & cheese, veggie sticks & tea.

If you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know.

No refund if cancelling Oct. 13th, or later.
