The focus for this offering is for you to receive some much needed body, mind and soul care while having space and time to nourish yourself through movement & rest. Designated time to practice movement moments either during pregnancy or any stage postpartum.

How it works:
Each person receives 15 minutes of bodywork to help relieve those achy, tired, “would love some attention” parts. 
When it's not your turn to receive bodywork from Amy, you will either receive Reiki from Jesse OR explore movement & restorative postures on your own using all the props available (birth ball, foam roller, tennis balls, bolsters etc). Stretch, Relax, Meditate, Strengthen...

Amy will guide a short Movement Sequence at the beginning and end. Restorative Postures will be displayed so you can move in and out of them as you'd like. 

This workshop is just for adults. If you'd like to bring your baby, join Amy on Tuesdays from 9:15 - 10:30 for Bodywork with Baby. On March 12th, Jesse will be there offering Reiki too!
