What you learn:
- simple breathing tips to relax and strengthen and how to fit this into daily life.
- ways to build strength and stability incrementally 
- how to turn every day movements into stabilizing and strengthening activities (so you don't need to find time for an exercise routine on your own).
- the breath, pelvic floor & core connection
- why posture matters: reconnecting your ribcage and pelvis
- how and why our daily use patterns matter (because many of them aren't helping us).
- things to be aware of about internal pressure and prolapse
- tips for leaking, scar tissue, pelvic pain
- Connection to our core is more than just physical - it's about emotional and mental wellbeing too
