A two-part class, meeting for 3 hr. 15 minutes both days, for a total of 6.5 hours of education.  Ideal for home, birthing center, and hospital births.   Private sessions are also available (email for private session: info@emergewithamylepage.com)

Receive evidence-based and holistic education that prepares you and your birth support person to meet the unknowns of childbirth and the first weeks of postpartum with a deeper sense of understanding about:

Anatomy and physiology of birth, your body’s innate wisdom 

Understanding the fear/pain feedback loop 

Experiential exercises of how the nervous system responds 

Importance of movement, breath and other coping strategies

Preparing for pushing

Informed decision making and advocating for yourself

Basic pelvic floor awareness
