Planning a vaginal birth after cesarean brings its own unique mix of hope, questions, and sometimes unresolved feelings about a previous birth. This private session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Together we'll explore:

Processing your previous birth experience in a supported, non-judgmental space
Evidence-based information about VBAC, risks, benefits, and what to expect
How to communicate with your care providers and advocate for your birth preferences
Comfort measures, labor positions, and hands-on techniques for your support person
Breathing, mindset, and somatic practices to build confidence and ease fear
Fetal positioning and pelvic dynamics to support labor progression
Creating a flexible birth plan — for your VBAC and if birth takes a different path and a cesarean birth may be how this baby comes to you. 

This session is tailored entirely to you, your history, and your hopes for this birth.
