Offered as a webinar so you can be in the comfort of your own space to learn and practice the breathing, movement, visualization and gentle, external, hands-on techniques. The pelvis and pelvic floor muscles are a deeply vulnerable place that benefit from nurturing and gentle care and support. Healing after birth is an important process on many layers, physically, meantally and emotionally. 

Working with any scar tissue and tension help is the muscles is helpful, even years after. If you are joining before 6 weeks postpartum - there will be some techniques to wait on. 

If you aren't feeling quite ready to do some of the techniques being offered - that is ok. This is a welcoming, trauma responsive place to take the information in and then return to the recording so you can work along with it as you feel ready. 

Any donations from this class go toward the Tending You Fund, which allows Emerge with Amy LePage to offer sliding scale private session rates for those who would not otherwise be able to receive. The Tending You Fund also goes toward supporting families who have experienced loss by offering a Holding Space for Pregnancy & Infant Loss Session at a deeply discounted or free rate.
