A quick peek into how important the pelvic floor muscles are in birth and ways to prepare this part of your body during pregnancy and for pushing. A great class to take even if you have a cesarean birth planned. It’s followed by a postpartum class! which is great to take while pregnant too so you have an understanding for simple ways to begin your healing process postpartum.

All donations go toward the Tending You Fund, which allows Emerge with Amy LePage to offer sliding scale private session rates for those who would not otherwise be able to receive.
