Nourishing You Gatherings welcome women of all ages & phases on their life’s journey who identify as female or non-binary including a wide realm of gender expression.

Together, we will explore resilience, thriving and connection through sharing, introspection & mindful somatic practices.  Nourishing food will be offered as part of our time together. 

Two gatherings are offered, join one or both. 10 spaces available.

Sun. March 30th - 1:30 - 3:30pm
and/or
Wed. April 16th - 5 - 7pm

Each Individual gathering: $40
Join both for $65 ($15 discount)

This workshop is led by Amy LePage, Somatic Movement Practitioner and Bodyworker and Laura King, Life and Leadership Development Coach.  Amy and Laura met at an ElevateHer VT gathering and found their work and life passions intersected and knew there was a collaboration just waiting to happen.
