Part of parenting is learning to let go. Whether it's a feeling of letting go of parts of yourself that you hope to revisit later on, or heading back to work and leaving your little on in the care of others. Maybe there's been a change in family configuration and your kids are with you part time. Are your kids older and spread their wings to ventured out on their own? 

Having some support for YOU as you settle into the different stages of your parenting journey and big life transitions can help you better navigate what is no longer and .... all that is yet to be in your relationship with yourself and your child/children.

Find your breath, move your body, listen deeply to what is real for you in this moment. Through a mixture of somatic exploration, involving movement, breath, talking, writing, authentic movement, bodywork you will receive non-judgemental, deep listening and guidance.

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes ($85) - email if you are interested in a 90 minute session ($110).  info@emergewithamylepage.com
