If you choose one, 3-hour time slot, you will receive condensed information from the Empowered Childbirth curriculum. 

If you choose to set up two, 3-hour time slots you will  have time to receive the full Empowered Childbirth & Moving Breathing Birth curriculum.

With either option you will receive the full Empowered Childbirth booklet. 


one, 3 hour booking is $225 ($75/hour)
two, 3 hour bookings are $450 ($75/hour)
- BCBS of VT insurance reimburses $125 toward Childbirth Education. 
- Good Beginnings of Central VT offers a need-based scholarship of up to $125.
* Sliding scale options are offered if cost is a barrier to education 

Payment is given the day of the session by Venmo, Cash or Check.
