An intergenerational welcome to anyone identifying as a parent, 

to explore and nurture themselves along their journey.

Join us at this annual retreat as we enter our 11th year!

Tending to oneself is vital in order to thrive.

 It nurtures your health and wellbeing, and your families.

Modeling this care of yourself for your children, grandchildren and young people in your life, will gift them with the possibility to do the same for themselves.

Join us, as we create change one individual at a time, in the circles closest to you, and witness it radiate outwards. 

Your Day Includes:
-Arrival & Opening Circle
-Morning Movement -  blend of somatic, gentle therapeutic yoga & meditation
-Creative Time or Journaling
-Time in Nature
-Nourishing Mealtime
-Connecting & Growing Together - or choose solo time
-Afternoon Movement - blend of somatic, gentle therapeutic yoga & meditation
-Closing Our Day & Intentions

Food:
A nourishing and simple GF, vegetarian soup, salad and dessert is prepared for lunch.

Snacks include: fruits, nuts, GF crackers & cheese, veggie sticks & tea.

If you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know.
