How it works:
Receive 15 minutes of somatic bodywork with Amy
Receive 15 minutes of Reiki with Jesse 
Stretch, rest, meditate, move, journal etc. on your own when not receiving hands-on support. 

Short guided movement sequence at the beginning. Restorative posture ideas offered. Movement to follow along with during your solo time.
