The theme for this month's session is Tending the Caregivers. For all of you who give outward to others, this is your time to receive. 

Teachers, parents, care attendants, social workers, nurses, doulas, midwives, those working toward social justice....
If you identify as being a caregiver, please come & receive.

How it works:
Receive 15 minutes of somatic bodywork with Amy
Receive 15 minutes of Reiki with Jesse 
Explore stretch, rest, meditate, move, journal on your own when not receiving. 

A short movement sequence will be given at the beginning Restorative posture ideas offered. Short guided movement at the end if time permits.
