Come with baby (Ok to be a crawler and walker) to stretch, relax, rest, connect with others, feed baby, change baby and just simply be in a safe, comfy and welcoming space. AND receive some "just-for-you" hands-on bodywork to de-stress and relieve those sore shoulders, necks, backs, hips etc.

Receive 15 minutes of hands-on bodywork while your little one is hanging out with other parents/caregivers (in the same room). Or, your little one can be with you while you receive. When not receiving, spend the remainder of the time doing what feels best to you.

Time to connect with yourself and others.
