Private 2 hr. Birth Basics covers the material from the Birth Basics group class that is ideally the first module in the Whole Pregnancy Birth Prep Series. If you're able to schedule the Birth Basics Private Session before the other modules thats ideal, if not, that's ok.

Birth Basics is way more fun than reading a book or learning via video. It's an interactive class that covers stages of birth, common interventions, understanding the fear/pain cycle, questions for care providers, mixed in with mindful ways to prepare for your birth and baby. Think of this class as the jumping off point for the rest of the Whole Pregnancy Birth Prep Series.

This 2 hour session is $150
- BCBS of VT insurance reimburses $125 toward Childbirth Education. 
- Good Beginnings of Central VT offers a need-based scholarship of up to $125.

* Sliding scale options are offered if cost is a barrier to education 

Payment is given the day of the session by Venmo, Cash or Check.
