Coping with Grief and Loss During Pregnancy & Birth is part of the journey for some pregnant people and families. Emerge offers somatic holding space sessions as one way of supporting people with the grief of loss in all its varying forms. Session may include hands-on healing, therapeutic touch, if this feels right to you.  If touch is not feeling quite right - there is space for being with all the emotions while also doing some movement and breath work along with holding space for any words that want to be expressed. 

The first session is offered on a free or  by donation basis. The amount listed is a suggestion, you donate what feels doable for you at this time.

If additional sessions are wanted they can be for 60 minutes or 90 minutes at the regular rate (with sliding scale options).
