Coping with Grief and Loss During Pregnancy & Birth is part of the journey for some pregnant people and families. Calling on the work of Amy Wright-Glenn of The Birth, Breath and Death Institute, Emerge offers somatic holding space sessions as one way of supporting people with grief of loss in all its varying forms. Session may include hands-on therapeutic touch, if this feels right to you.  If touch is not feeling quite right - there is space for being with all the emotions while also utilizing somatic movement and breath practices along with holding space for any words that want to be expressed. 

The first session is offered on a by donation basis.

If additional sessions are wanted they can be for 60 minutes or 90 minutes at the regular rate (with sliding scale options available).
