Calling on the work of Amy Wright-Glenn of the Birth, Breath and Death Institute, as well as somatic skillsets, these sessions offer compassionate, mindful presence and a witness holding space for you. 

As you share what you feel moved to share, mindful breathing, deep listening, reflective sharing, tuning into body sensation, and offerings of movement and / or meditation are brought into the 50-minute session. 

*Holding Space Consultations are distinctly different from traditional mental health counseling.
* They are also different from the somatic bodywork 
* A scope of practice will be sent before your session so you know exactly what to expect.

Sessions are 45 minutes long.
