Postnatal Somatic Bodywork Sessions focus on tending to you after crossing the threshold of labor, birth and caring for baby.  

Sessions are tailored to the individual and how far along postpartum they are. Early postpartum care is provided (in the first few weeks) and home visits may be possible depending upon location and with additional travel fee. ***if interested in a home session, please email instead of scheduling here: info@emergewithamylepage.com

Sessions encourage relaxation, rest, and reducing tension or pain symptoms, including pelvic pain. There is also the opportunity to bring in pelvic floor and core awareness, in addition to tips for helping yourself manage all the awkward body positions you may find yourself in - which lead to muscle strain (think shoulders, neck, back....). Space is offered for the processing of your birth experience as well. 

Come on your own. Come with baby. Bring someone with you to be with baby while you receive. This is a welcoming space for whatever configuration you need to feel comfortable receiving.
