Did you know that in many European countries, postpartum pelvic floor care is a standard of practice?  Let's make it part of your postpartum experience too. 

Whether you had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, your pelvic floor matters! Understanding this SUPER important group of muscles (that impacts SOOO much) makes such a difference.   

Consider booking 6 weeks out after your due time - so you have a session already scheduled. (Once your baby arrives, you may not have the bandwidth to think to schedule this). As your appointment is coming closer, you will receive a check in email from Emerge with Amy LePage, and it's easy to adjust the date based on your needs. 

If you pre-book, before your birth, you will receive an email with a short list of simple things you can do immediately after birth to help your pelvic floor muscles receive the tending and care they deserve. 

Each session is tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are fully clothed and a mix of education and hands on support as well as verbal guided breath and gentle movement exercises. All hands on touch is external.
